A: Dartmouth Tech serves customers remotely across the United States. On-site services are offered within Bristol County and Plymouth County, Massachusetts as well as Newport County and Bristol County, Rhode Island. Q: I’m just outside the service area listed on your site. Will you still work with me?

A: We set our service-area boundary to create a zone where we can be confident that we’re most consistently providing fast, quality work. If you’re just outside of that area, it still may be possible to reach you efficiently, so please contact us if you’re interested.

Q: I have a specific tech issue I need help with. Can I hire you for just this, without buying a subscription plan?

A: Absolutely. We work with businesses and individuals who are not subscription members.
